November 2019

November was a busy month! Lots of activities!

We started out the month by going the the Living Planet Aquarium with Zildy, Tayevion and Zuri. It was a little crowded but it was cheap and fun!

We got tickets to go to a BYU Football game from my school because we use them as our online service provider. So fun to be in that atmosphere again! GO COUGARS!

 

Annie's 22nd birthday! 

Carina went to Italy while Cee Ryle was there! They had a blast exploring different parts of the country together.

Sidney's performance

I love to watch Sidney perform! This is her last year in school and then we'll see where ballet takes her!

It just happened that Sidney's and Gracie's performances were both the same weekend so they weren't able to see each other

Gracie entered the Grinch cover contest. He picture didn't get chosen but I thought it was really good and cute!

Gracie was a "Narration Who" and she got to come out in lots of different parts throughout the show.

Performance day! I got to help with costumes this year. We had to put hairpieces like this one on most everyone!

University of Phoenix does a Homecoming every once in a while and they give us tickets to some event. This time it was a Utah Grizzlies Hockey game. We had fun watching it since none of us had ever been to one before.

Frozen II

OK so call us crazy! Casey asked us who wanted to run a 5K on Thanksgiving morning and we've done it before so we thought why not? So all of us in this group signed up. Well Thanksgiving morning came and it was SNOWING! 

We survived! None of us fell and we finished! Win!

 

Casey finished also! And he ran the 10K. He started after us because he's so nice and dropped us off and then went to park the car.

Casey even got first place in his age division and won a pie :) While they were waiting for awards, Sidney, Gracie and I went to get the car because we were freezing and then we could leave faster. Well there was so much snow that we were stuck! We went back and forth for a long time and finally after some silent prayers we were able to get out! 

When we got back we were soooooo cold! 

For some reason I didn't take many pictures for Thanksgiving so here are just a few of what I got.

Halloween 2019

These are some of the Halloween Celebrations for this year. First off, I don't know why but I've always wanted to go to Fear Factory and see what it's like. We had a 2 for 1 coupon so we decided to go. Gracie hung out with Kailee and we went on a little date. 

Really creepy I know but it was a Haunted House so what else do you expect???

Taye's birthday is the 29th so we did a Sunday dinner to celebrate his birthday and we had whoever wanted to wear their Halloween costumes wear them so that we could see what everyone was going to wear. 

I asked Tayevion what kind of cake he wanted and he said "surprise me" but he did say he liked strawberry so this is what we came up. Haha. He was surprised but he loved it!

For years we have been going trick or treating in the Sugarhouse area because there is a really cute neighborhood and it's about half way for Zildy's family and us. We only had three that went this year but they had fun and got lots of candy. It was cold though so we didn't go for too long.

Because it was so cold we found something else to do so the fun would last a little longer. Zildy found a church that was doing a fun event so we went and the kids scored lots more candy and participated in fun activities.
