Guatemala - Antigua to Xela to Huehuetenango - July 22, 2018

Here are some pictures of the place we stayed at in Antigua. It was Hotel Casa San Francisco. They were able to house us all and it included a free breakfast. On Sunday morning we got ready for church and then to head to our next destination in Xela.

We found the church but it was a little tricky getting into the parking lot with our bus.

Our MVP Derick can drive anything anywhere with a smile!

This was such a cute church building. In Guatemala we have never been to other buildings outside of the city so it was fun to experience a different chapel.

Here's the entire clan!

The triplets :)

Our family

Zildy, Shayden, and Jasmine

Julio, Jarom, and Cedric

Bri, Ellie, and Cat

Getting ready to go. It always takes a long time!

Quetzaltenango Temple

Unfortunately the temple was closed so we could not walk on the temple grounds :(

We made it to Huehuetenango but the bus would not fit in their parking so they had to take off the ladder on the back to get it to fit. Nothing is ever easy.

Once we got settled we walked around the town a little looking for food. All we found was street food... so we ate there.

All of the stray dogs!
