Spring Break 2017: Windsor Castle, Bath, Lacock, and Stonehenge - April 6

There was a lot of that we wanted to see outside of London but it was going to be too difficult to rent a car and go on our own, so we booked a bus tour that could take us to all of these places.

First stop was Windsor Castle. The queen's home away from Buckingham Palace.

It was a beautiful day! Very sunny! Not what we had expected from England.

The next stop was Bath. A cute little town known for the Roman Baths. This is the cathedral.

That ceiling!!!

Our next stop was Lacock. We stopped here to have lunch at a pub that has been around since the 14th century.

Lacock village is protected by the National Trust to preserve it's history. It only has one main street and it has been used in films such as Pride and Prejudice and Harry Potter.

The Potter's house

Lacock Abbey. We were not allowed to go in because there was a concert going on.

The Lacock Cemetery. CR had to take some artistic pictures here.

Meringue being sold on the street on your honor. We only got one because we didn't have much cash but it was delicious!

Final stop: STONEHENGE!!!

I love this picture!

Beautiful site!!! Gracie got this little dog whom she named Windsey because we got him at Windsor Castle. She took him all over the place with her!
